Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. For Business plans, we also support invoice-based payments and wire transfers.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?+
Our Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. If you'd like to try Pro or Business before committing, contact us for a 14-day free trial.
What happens when I reach the Free plan limit?+
Once you've created 10 invoices in a month, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue creating new invoices. Your existing invoices and data remain intact.
Do you offer refunds?+
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid subscription. After that, you can cancel anytime and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
